nex8 currently supports four payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount for all methods is 20,000 Ks. These methods are designed for smooth transfers using banks and mobile wallets in Myanmar, so no international payment methods are needed.

Yes, you can deposit with Wave Money. Transfer from your own Wave Money account to the number provided by the platform, then send the transfer reference number and your player username to customer support via Live Chat. Your balance is normally credited within 30 minutes. Remember that the Wave Money number you transfer from must match the phone number registered on your account.

If more than 3 hours have passed since your deposit and it has not been credited, send a screenshot of the transfer to Live Chat for verification. The screenshot should show the amount, date, recipient phone number, and reference ID. Due to bank delays, processing can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours, so please wait through the first 3 hours before following up.

nex8 does not charge any commission on deposits. However, mobile wallet services (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay) may apply their own transfer fees according to their policies — those fees are the player's responsibility.

Live Betting lets you place bets while a match is in progress. In the nex8 football section, odds update in real time shortly after a match kicks off, and you can choose from In-Play markets such as next goal scorer, which team will pull ahead, or whether a goal will be scored in the final 10 minutes. Enter your stake amount and confirm — since odds change in real time, you need to decide quickly.

Yes, both EPL (English Premier League) and MNL (Myanmar National League) matches are available in the nex8 football section. It covers fans of international and local football alike, and UEFA Champions League and FIFA World Cup Qualifying matches are included as well. Note that available matches may vary depending on the season.

An Accumulator combines odds from 2 or more matches into a single bet — all selections must be correct to win. You can combine anywhere from 2 matches (Double) up to 10 matches, and the more matches you add, the higher the odds and the bigger the potential payout. Keep in mind that if even one match loses, the entire bet is lost, so pick carefully.

Odds can be displayed in Decimal, Fractional, or American format. In Decimal format, odds of 2.5 mean a stake of 10,000 Ks returns 25,000 Ks. Handicap (body) means the weaker team is given a goal advantage (0.5 – 1.5 goals) to level the contest. For a full guide on reading odds, visit the football page.

If a match is abandoned without being completed, the bet is normally voided and your original stake is refunded. If a match is postponed, the bet is also normally voided and your original stake is returned. The nex8 football team will make the final call based on timing and the result at the time — if you have questions, you can ask via Live Chat.

In Chrome mobile, tap the "⋮" menu → Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → check Cached images and files, then tap "Clear data". For Samsung Internet, go to Menu → Settings → Personal browsing data → Delete browsing data and select only Cache. After clearing, reopen nex8 — betting should run faster than usual. If you can fix the issue without clearing cache, try connecting to Wifi first — it's often a network problem.

In games like slots, if the connection drops before a round finishes, you can continue the round when you reconnect — the server saves the round state. In live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette), if you disconnect after placing a bet, the bet is still held on the server and you can check the game result when you log back in. If you have questions, you can check via Live Chat.

You can play smoothly on Android 8.0 and above and iOS 13 and above using Chrome, Samsung Internet, or Safari. Live casino games run best on phones with 2GB RAM or more. A 4G or Wi-Fi connection gives a better experience than a slow 3G network.

Portrait mode works well for slots and 2D/3D games. For live casino games like Live Baccarat and Roulette, and for the football live betting screen, Landscape mode lets you see all columns clearly without anything being cut off. The nex8 platform supports both orientations.

Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game played with 3 cards each. Each player receives 3 cards, and the card values are added together then taken modulo 10, with 9 being the highest hand. Shan Koe Mee's 9 is the top hand, just like in Baccarat — the game format is very similar. On nex8 you can play it in digital format 24/7.

Yes, Shan Koe Mee is built with a mobile-first design, so it plays smoothly on any phone screen size. In Portrait mode, the cards are displayed clearly and the bet amount buttons are large, making it easy to tap and play. Android 8 and above, and iOS 13 and above, run it without issues.

3D game results are generated by a computer algorithm called a Random Number Generator (RNG). This algorithm cannot be manipulated by any person — it calculates results impartially without any bias, like a dice roll. Because of this, results in 3D games cannot be predicted in advance, and fair play is guaranteed. All games on nex8 run through this RNG system.

The digital 2D game on nex8 works by betting money on a two-digit number from 00 to 99 — if your number matches the result, you win a prize. Results are determined by RNG (random number generation technology) and displayed on the game interface when the result is announced. No number combination can be predicted in advance, and players can be sure there is no manipulation for or against any outcome.

In 2D, if the two numbers a player bet on match the result, a payout is made based on that game's payout table. In 3D, three numbers are wagered, and a matching result pays out more. After winning, you need a minimum balance of 20,000 Ks before you can submit a withdrawal request, and processing takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
